If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Trendly (for example for Meta Ads), you can stop Trendly using it at any time. Open Trendly, go to Meta Ads and choose Disconnect, or remove Trendly in your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites. When you do, we stop using your Facebook login and delete the access details we stored for it.
Email info@usetrendly.co.uk from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data". We will delete your Trendly account and the data in it, including any Facebook or Instagram connection details, and confirm by email within 30 days.
We may keep a limited record of payments and invoices for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Nothing else is kept after deletion.
